This is a part time -18 to 25ish hour- that could fit within school hours.
Our Beautiful and new office is located just 4 minutes west of Short Pump.

Responsibilities:
Answering Phones and responding to emails Entering data into our systems Assisting other Office Staff (one full time, one part time), salesman, and owner as needed Looking for a great smile with a great attitude to help keep our operations moving forward smoothly.

You will spend nearly all your time in QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook - we can teach you QuickBooks, but general familiarity with Excel and Outlook is preferred.
Computer fluency is a must.
Minimum 50 WPM.
Must be very organized, task oriented, and have good phone skills.
